Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns for exchange or store credit on non custom, non personalized and non hand stamped/engraved jewelry purchased from everlymade.com within 14 days of delivery. $8 will be deducted for shipping & handling on all returns/exchanges. Items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging. The following items are not eligible for exchange/return and are final sale:

Custom items, personalized items, hand stamped items, engraved items, items marked final sale, items made with custom sizing

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@everlymade.com with your order number and details of your request.

Items purchased November 15th-December 31st will be eligible for store credit or exchange through January 15, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
To expedite shipping fulfillment, orders are processed right away. We are unable to accept cancellations.

Reworks/Repairs
If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to repair or rework your piece. Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework. This includes length, chain breaks, size of your piece, personalization issues, etc. Reworks are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a small rework fee. 

Care
It is important to follow the care guidelines found here.

Defective Items
If there is a defect/issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

Discount Codes
Multiple discounts and multiple discount codes are not permitted on one transaction. Some exclusions apply on discount codes such as items marked "additional discounts do not apply" or "not valid with discount codes" or "discount codes do not apply".

Discount codes not valid on gift cards.

International Orders
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to items left at customs.
