Gift With Purchase Promotions
Gift-with-purchase promotions are available while supplies last and apply only when the minimum purchase threshold is met.
Unless otherwise stated:

Free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free gifts cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Promotions are valid only while supplies last.

Free gifts may be substituted with a comparable item at Everly Made’s discretion.
If an order that qualified for a gift-with-purchase promotion is returned or partially refunded and no longer meets the promotion threshold, the free gift must be returned. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gift-with-purchase promotions are not valid on purchases of gift cards.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale or included in the Sale collection are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit, guarantee claims and are excluded from additional discounts and sales.
Returns & Price Adjustments
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases. Promotions may not be applied to orders that have already been placed or shipped.
Refunds and store credits will reflect the promotional price paid at checkout, not the original retail price.
If an order that qualified for a promotional discount is partially returned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the promotion applied.
