Return & Exchange Policy

Effective as of February 6, 2026:

We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy. We accept exchanges/returns on items that are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging, including any complimentary gifts if applicable.

Everly Made reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges (U.S. Only)

We gladly offer free exchanges* within 30 days of delivery on eligible items purchased from everlymade.com.

*One (1) free exchange per order. 

Eligible items include:

  • Non-custom pieces
  • Non-personalized jewelry
  • Non-hand stamped or engraved items

Once your return is received, we’ll ship your new piece at no additional cost.


Returns for Refund or Store Credit (U.S. Only)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

  • Refund to original payment method: Return shipping label provided; $8 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Store credit: Receive the full purchase amount with no return shipping deduction.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.

 

International Orders

At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any customs fees. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to items left at customs.

  • Hand stamped or engraved items
  • Items with custom sizing

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email hello@everlymade.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Exchange, refund, or store credit preference
  • If exchanging: item name/link, color, size
  • Confirmed shipping address

Our team is happy to help guide you through the process and assist with any sizing or style recommendations.


Order Issues or Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can quickly make it right.


Repairs & Reworks

If your jewelry needs adjustment or repair, we may be able to help.

Common reworks include chain length adjustments, clasp repairs, sizing updates, and personalization corrections.

Services are evaluated case-by-case and may be complimentary or subject to a small fee.

Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework. 


Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly and therefore cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
