All Everly Made jewelry is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship from the original purchase date.

If your piece experiences a craftsmanship issue, we’ll work to make it right.

WARRANTY, REPAIRS & REWORKS FORM

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Chain or clasp breakage resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Missing stones or loose settings resulting from a manufacturing defect, reported within 90 days of delivery
• Structural issues caused by faulty craftsmanship

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including chain or clasp breakage from prolonged use
• Accidental damage, including snagging, pulling, stretching, or crushing
• Tarnishing or oxidation of sterling silver
• Natural fading or wear of gold plating and vermeil
  
• Lost or stolen jewelry
  
• Clearance and final sale items
• Sizing errors or changes requested after purchase
• Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals
• Repeated or excessive replacement requests for the same item.

For approved warranty claims:

• We will repair or replace the affected item at no charge.
  
• Complimentary standard domestic shipping is included.
  
• If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

These services are evaluated case-by-case and may be complimentary or require a repair or resizing fee. Return shipping may also apply.

2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

3. If approved under warranty, we will repair or replace your item. If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote before proceeding.

Every finish has its own personality — and care level. Here’s what each can handle:

Gold Filled (Waterproof) - Thick gold layer bonded to metal core. Designed for all-day, everyday wear. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear!

Gold Vermeil (Everyday Safe) - Thick layer of 18K gold over sterling silver. Safe for daily wear; just dry thoroughly. ✅ Also safe for quick showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid soaking!

Sterling Silver (Anti-Tarnish) - Solid 925 silver, easy to polish if it dulls. Naturally hypoallergenic. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid pools and chemicals in general!

Gold Plated (Long lasting Finish) - Our gold plated pieces are 4x thicker than industry standard gold plating of real 18K gold over a durable jeweler’s brass core — giving you the same rich tone and shine of solid gold at an accessible price point. Each piece is finished with an anti-tarnish seal to slow fading and keep its brilliance longer. ✅ Avoid getting wet and avoid chemicals/beauty products, gentle care will make your piece's shine last!
