• Clearance and final sale items
  
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Intentional damage or misuse (snagged, stretched, run over, etc.)
• Normal wear over time

• Natural wear of gold vermeil or gold plating
  
• Sizing errors made at checkout
  
• Chain length or style changes after wear
• Repeated or excessive replacement requests for the same item.

2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

3. If approved under warranty, we will repair or replace your item. If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote before proceeding.

Every finish has its own personality — and care level. Here’s what each can handle:

Gold Filled (Waterproof) - Thick gold layer bonded to metal core. Designed for all-day, everyday wear. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear!

Gold Vermeil (Everyday Safe) - Thick layer of 18K gold over sterling silver. Safe for daily wear; just dry thoroughly. ✅ Also safe for quick showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid soaking!

Sterling Silver (Anti-Tarnish) - Solid 925 silver, easy to polish if it dulls. Naturally hypoallergenic. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid pools and chemicals in general!

Gold Plated (Long lasting Finish) - Our gold plated pieces are 4x thicker than industry standard gold plating of real 18K gold over a durable jeweler’s brass core — giving you the same rich tone and shine of solid gold at an accessible price point. Each piece is finished with an anti-tarnish seal to slow fading and keep its brilliance longer. ✅ Avoid getting wet and avoid chemicals/beauty products, gentle care will make your piece's shine last!
