Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry—and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit on non-custom, non-personalized, and non-hand stamped/engravedjewelry purchased from everlymade.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • A $8 fee will be deducted from your return/exchange for shipping & handling.

  • Items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email hello@everlymade.com with the following:

  • Order number:

  • Exchange or store credit:

  • If exchanging, include the item name or web link with color, size, etc.:

  • If exchanging, confirm the shipping address (or write “same as original order”):

We’re here to make it easy—please reach out with any questions before you order if you’re unsure about sizing or styles.

Cancellation Policy
To expedite shipping fulfillment, orders are processed right away. We are unable to accept cancellations.

Reworks/Repairs
If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to repair or rework your piece. Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework. This includes length, chain breaks, size of your piece, personalization issues, etc. Reworks are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a small rework fee. 

Care
It is important to follow the care guidelines found here.

Defective Items
If there is a defect/issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Discount Codes
Multiple discounts and multiple discount codes are not permitted on one transaction. Some exclusions apply on discount codes such as items marked "additional discounts do not apply" or "not valid with discount codes" or "discount codes do not apply".

Discount codes not valid on gift cards.

International Orders
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to items left at customs.
