Returns, Reworks or Repairs

Thank you for shopping with Everly Made! We hand craft your pieces with heart and care and we want you to be happy with your jewelry! We offer our customers reworks, repairs and returns.

Non customized and non personalized pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn/unused condition with all original packaging. If the item is missing packaging or shows wear, it is up to our discretion to subtract these from your refund and/or reject your return/exchange. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a return or exchange.

Personalized pieces: Personalized items and custom items are final sale. This includes custom lengths/sizes, initials, names, words and any personalization.

If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to rework your piece. Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework. This can be anything from the length or size of your piece to personalization issues. Reworks are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a small rework fee. 

We do not warranty against tarnish. It is important to follow the care guidelines included with your piece and also found on our website here.
