If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to repair or rework your piece. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process a rework. This includes length, chain breaks, size of your piece, personalization issues, etc. Reworks are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a small rework fee.
We do not warranty against tarnish. It is important to follow the care guidelines included with your piece and also found on our website here.
