Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:
All items must be unworn, unused and returned in original packaging including any complimentary gifts/gifts with purchase.
- Non-custom pieces
- Non-personalized jewelry
- Non-hand stamped or engraved items
Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return or Exchange):
- Items that have been worn or show signs of wear
- Custom jewelry
- Personalized pieces
- Hand stamped or engraved items
- Items with custom sizing
- Products marked Final Sale
Everly Made reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns that do not meet these requirements.
Exchanges or Store Credit (U.S. Only)
We gladly offer one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery on eligible items purchased from everlymade.com. We will provide one free shipping label for either exchange for another item or store credit. Once your return is received, we’ll ship your new piece at no additional cost or issue your store credit.
You may keep any complimentary gifts or gifts with purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Returns for Refund to Original Form of Payment
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
A prepaid return label will be provided. $8 will be deducted from your refund.
If your order qualified for complimentary gift(s) or a gift with purchase, those items must be returned in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
If complimentary gift(s) are not included in the return shipment, the retail value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your refund.
If the retail value of the gift(s) equals or exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be issued.
International Orders
At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any customs fees. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to items left at customs.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please complete our Return & Exchange Form with the following information::
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Choose one: Exchange, store credit or refund to original payment method (if choosing refund, you must return gift with purchase items)
- If exchanging: item name/link, color, size and shipping address
Our team is happy to help guide you through the process and assist with any sizing or style recommendations.
Order Issues or Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can quickly make it right.
Repairs & Reworks
If your jewelry needs adjustment or repair, we may be able to help.
Common reworks include chain length adjustments, clasp repairs, sizing updates, and personalization corrections.
Services are evaluated case-by-case and may be complimentary or subject to a small fee.
Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed quickly and therefore cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
Additional Notes
Everly Made is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If a return label is issued for an exchange and the return type is later changed to a refund to original payment, complimentary gift(s) must still be returned.
Complimentary gift(s) must be returned in the same shipment as the returned item(s). If gift items are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund. If the retail value of the gift(s) equals or exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be issued.
Free gifts are final sale and have no cash value.
Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
