Thank you for shopping with Everly Made! We hand craft your pieces with heart and care and we want you to be happy with your jewelry! We offer our customers reworks, repairs, exchanges and returns.

Returns
Only non customized, non personalized, unworn pieces in original new condition with original packaging are accepted for returns. Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Initiate your return by emailing us at hello@everlymade.com. If the item is missing packaging or shows wear, it is up to our discretion to subtract these from your refund and/or reject your return. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on non customized, non personalized, unworn pieces with original packaging for in stock items only. Exchanges must be postmarked within 21 calendar days of the delivery date. Initiate your exchange by emailing us at hello@everlymade.com.

Worn items (including items with signs of wear or not new condition) are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable.

If you are returning and exchanging items on one order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to provide free exchanges for international customers at this time.

Final Sale
Personalized items and custom items are final sale. This includes custom lengths/sizes, initials, names, words and any personalization. Free gifts, giveaway prizes or gifts with purchase are final sale. 

Reworks/Repairs
If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to repair or rework your piece. Email us at hello@everlymade.com to process a rework. This includes length, chain breaks, size of your piece, personalization issues, etc. Reworks are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a small rework fee. 

We do not warranty against tarnish. It is important to follow the care guidelines included with your piece and also found on our website here.

Defective Items
If there is a defect/issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

Discount Codes
Multiple discounts and multiple discount codes are not permitted on one transaction. Some exclusions apply on discount codes such as items marked "additional discounts do not apply" or "not valid with discount codes" or "discount codes do not apply".
