• Manufacturing defects

• Chain or clasp breakage under normal wear

• Fading or plating wear over time

• Missing stones or loose settings

What’s Not Covered

• Clearance Items
  

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Intentional damage or misuse (snagged, stretched, run over, etc.)

• Tarnish on sterling silver (a natural chemical reaction that can be polished at home)

• Normal wear on gold vermeil may naturally soften the gold layer over time, revealing the sterling silver beneath.

• Repeated or excessive replacement requests for the same item. If a piece requires multiple replacements, we may offer a store credit or alternative solution instead.

How It Works

1. Email our team at support@everlymade.com with a photo of your piece and your order number.

2. We’ll review your claim within 3 business days.

3. If approved, we’ll repair or replace your item — free of charge. You’ll only cover return shipping.

Every finish has its own personality — and care level. Here’s what each can handle:

Gold Filled (Waterproof) - Thick gold layer bonded to metal core. Designed for all-day, everyday wear. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear!

Gold Vermeil (Everyday Safe) - Thick layer of 18K gold over sterling silver. Safe for daily wear; just dry thoroughly. ✅ Also safe for quick showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid soaking!

Sterling Silver (Anti-Tarnish) - Solid 925 silver, easy to polish if it dulls. Naturally hypoallergenic. ✅ Safe for showers, workouts, daily wear, but avoid pools and chemicals in general!

Gold Plated (Long lasting Finish) - Our gold plated pieces are 4x thicker than industry standard gold plating of real 18K gold over a durable jeweler’s brass core — giving you the same rich tone and shine of solid gold at an accessible price point. Each piece is finished with an anti-tarnish seal to slow fading and keep its brilliance longer. ✅ Avoid getting wet, gentle care will make your piece's shine last!
